• Over 90% of the labor is provided by senior, youth and handicapped volunteers.
• Our conservatory is 100% solar heated and 30% of our electricity is also powered by the sun !!! 
• We function both as a traditional public botanic garden as well as a municipal nursery and community garden!
• It is rare such a small community has been able to support a botanic garden.
